Nach einem Tag war die Lieferung gut verpackt bei mir. Die Montage ist einfach und entspricht dem Standard. Er sieht hochwertig aus mit seiner mattschwarzen Oberfläche und fühlt sich auch sehr gut an. Ich bin begeistert, ich hoffe er hält lange.

Only the description is a bit poor, which seal goes where and what does the small screw at the bottom of the battery have on it?
Well, with a little bit of trying and thinking, everything worked out.
But maybe think about adding a somewhat clearer description, not every person who does something like that is also a plumber.
The sound of water running is easily noticeable, not bad in your own house but when renting, well.
In any case, I would buy this product again.

The faucet is actually great. Design, function, everything is great.
We have been using it for 5 months, but unfortunately the lever squeaks a lot when used. If it is the cartridge, that is not a quality feature.
UPDATE: A short email to HC taps support. Quick response. A new cartridge will be sent free of charge.

The fitting looks very modern and stylishly brightens up my bathroom. The assembly was very easy, the material is quite solid and even after a few cleaning sessions it still looks the same as it did on the first day. The mixer is also well done and allows very precise control of the flow and the water temperature. Although only one aerator is included, the set also includes a tool to unscrew it. I found the gloves to be more of a gimmick that you can save yourself.
However, if you know what you are getting into, I find the fitting to be a worthwhile investment.

He does what he's supposed to do. If it were a little higher, it would be even more practical because your hands would then fit better underneath. With a shallow pool it can be tight.

The old fitting was leaking after around 30 years of use. A repair could probably have been carried out but it should have a new look.

Nice quality faucet. Water flow is excellent. The metal does scratch easily though. The only install issue we had was with the hole in our sink. It was slightly smaller than the diameter of the fitting for the faucet. We had to drill out the hole to a larger size to accommodate it. You may need extensions for the included hoses depending on the location of the valves under your sink.

Die Anschlussschläuche sind von guter Qualität und genügend lang, ca. 40 cm.
Ausflussmenge und Temperatur können auf Wunsch begrenzt werden.
Der Verstellbereich des "Sprudlerrüssels" ist ausreichend.
Die Einbau- und Bedienungsanleitung ist spartanisch, aber durchaus brauchbar.
Alles lässt sich auch vom eher unerfahrenen Heimwerker gut einbauen.

I was immediately impressed by the weight of this faucet. I had purchased faucets in the past that "look" like metal, but this one really is. The only issue I had with the install was the supply lines were a little short. I had to purchase extensions to make it reach all the way, but aside from the hardware store selling me the wrong ones the first time, I had no issues. It is very sturdy and easy to keep clean - that was a big selling point for me. I had a two handle faucet before and you had to try and clean around and between the handles. This is very streamline and easy to work around. Some folks mentioned that it is noisy. It is a little noisier than ones that I have installed in the past. But, unless you are just extremely sensitive to noises, it is easy to get used to. I have since ordered a second one just like this to install in the master bath. I have already purchased my additional supply lines so that I can install it right away upon delivery. We have had this installed for almost two months and it is working perfectly. Very nice looking - looks way more expensive than it was.

This is a beautiful piece that makes a big statement.
It was super-easy to install, which is something I love.
The faucet looks great and feels solid. Everything operates smoothly. However, we did have one problem in that the water stream was not even and it wants to spray some water off to the sides. I suspect that the aerator is defective. It's not really bad, but is somewhat annoying and certainly should not be doing that. So, I called HC right after I installed it. I had to wait several hours for a callback, but when they did call back I told them what the problem was and they said they would send a replacement aerator under warranty.
All things considered this is a great product with exceptional support included.

L’ho comprato per sostituire un miscelatore che perdeva acqua. Per il montaggio non so, l’ho fatto fare all’idraulico. Il miscelatore è di ottima qualità, molto solido (pesante) e funziona perfettamente. Il bidet è di quelli piccoli e questo miscelatore è più grande del precedente, però a me va bene. Lo consiglio
